CloudMounter Enhancements

Made multiple enhancements to the CloudMounter:

Ability to mount a network printer and reconnect on each new session
Added cloud service name to mounted drive path (eg. G:\Google Drive)
Enabled XML config settings to be overridden by registry settings registry so parameters can be managed by GPO or PDQ
Made user.config location configurable
Updated caching
