Deprovisioning or deleting a user
When a user account is present in Apporto, its status is either active or deprovisioned. Rules can be configured to automatically deprovision and/or delete accounts.

Manually deprovision users
If an account is deprovisioned, users are unable to login to Apporto but the users’ profiles (files and configurations) persist until their accounts are deleted. See the article on editing users to learn how to manually trigger the deprovision function.
Manually delete users
Deleted users are fully removed from the system. See the article on editing users to learn how to manually trigger the deletion function.
Automate status changes
