Configuring the Academic Calendar
You may optionally define your Academic Calendar in Apporto. Specifically, you may define term start and end dates. This is used for analytics. Both the Faculty Dashboard and desktop Analytics will show data for the current term. If term dates are not defined, analytics for the last 3 months are displayed.
Configure the Academic Calendar
Open Academic Calendar setup
Using your preferred web browser, navigate to the URL for your Apporto system, for example, “mycollege.apporto.com”, and log in to the system using your Admin credentials.
Click the Setup icon in the Navigation panel.
The ‘Setup’ submenu displays.
Click Academic Calendar
The ‘Academic Calendar’ popup displays.
Select start and end dates to define terms in your Academic Calendar.
Click Add term to add additional terms. Click x to delete a term.
Click Apply to save your changes.
